Sheila is the President and Founder of Capital Strategies.
For over 25 years, she has been dedicated to working with business owners. This dedication started while growing up on a small family owned farm in southern Idaho.
She learned the value of hard work, integrity, and a job well done. At the young age of 18, she moved to the “city” and attended college while working for various small businesses.
Sheila has financial and marketing experience with a broad array of companies from car dealerships to manufacturers, restaurants, print shops, franchises, wholesalers, retail stores and mortgage companies.
Additionally, she is a 20 plus-year commercial lending veteran holding the position of Vice President with several large banking institutions including U.S. Bank (formerly West One Bank), Zions Bank, Washington Mutual Bank, and First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo).
She is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington in Seattle (an intensive two-year masters-level program for senior bankers). Since her own graduation in 2000, she has been a mentor to senior bankers who attend the school. She provides guidance to them on the selection, preparation and completion of their final thesis paper in order to graduate from banking school.
She is a Certified Business Intermediary and a member of the International Business Brokers Association. She is also a member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member organization having completed all courses necessary to obain the CCIM designation. She is also a licensed real estate broker.
And as of 2009, Sheila became a published author with Sydney Biddle Barrows and Dan Kennedy – “Uncensored Sales Secrets - A Radical New Approach to Selling Your Customers What they Really Want - No Matter What Business You're In".
Sheila also publishes a newsletter called "The Good News Letter" and a weekly e-zine - "High Performance Business"

Mike's background includes 24 years working with a multi-national transportation company, most of them in a management capacity. Additionally, Mike holds a Master's of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's of Business degree in Finance. He has experience in Production Management, Accounting, Finance and Industrial Engineering.
